These Terms & Conditions are a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Jetlink Investments PTY LTD (trading as “Calm Nights”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this agreement, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you must not accept this agreement and

may not access or use our services. By accessing and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions do not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

By accessing, purchasing, and using our products (including but not limited to ebooks, audiobooks, courses, calculators, and AI bots), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Digital Product Usage & Intellectual Property

License to Use: Upon purchase, Love Blueprint grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the digital products for your personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions:

Your purchased content (ebooks, audio, login credentials) is intended specifically for you. We reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund if we detect suspicious activity, such as concurrent logins from different locations indicating account sharing.

It should not be shared with a third party, resold, or distributed on any file-sharing platforms.

You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

4. Delivery of Digital Goods

Instant Access: Unless otherwise stated, access to ebooks, audiobooks, courses, and other digital tools is provided immediately upon successful payment. Delivery may occur via a direct download link, email, or through access to a third-party platform or application.

Technical Issues: If you experience issues downloading or accessing your content, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem.

5.Third-Party Platforms & Delivery

Some of our digital products (such as AI bots, courses, ebooks or audiobooks) may be hosted or delivered via third-party platforms, apps, or software.

Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to review and understand the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of any third-party platform used to access our content. By using these platforms, you agree to their separate policies regarding how they handle your data and usage.

Limitation of Liability: Love Blueprint is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of these third-party services, including delivery glitches, platform downtime, or data handling practices.

Service Failure: If a third-party provider goes out of business or suffers a complete and permanent failure that prevents you from accessing your purchased product, Love Blueprint will make every reasonable effort to deliver the content to you via an alternative method (such as a direct download link or PDF).

6. "Lifetime Access" Definition

If a product is sold with "Lifetime Access," this refers to the lifetime of the product itself or the lifetime of the Love Blueprint business operations, not the lifetime of the customer.

Discontinuation: If we decide to discontinue a specific product or course while the business is still operational, we will provide you with reasonable notice (at least 30 days) to download your materials.

Business Closure: In the unlikely event that Love Blueprint ceases operations or closes down, we will make our best attempt to provide you with a way to download or access your purchased content before our systems go offline. However, we cannot guarantee that access to digital products (especially those hosted on third-party servers) will remain available after the business has closed.

7. Pricing & Currency

We reserve the right to change our product pricing at any time, though this will not affect purchases already made.

USD Pricing: All prices listed are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Tax Implications: You are responsible for checking the tax implications for your specific country of residence. Love Blueprint is not responsible for any additional local taxes, duties, GST, or VAT that may be applied to your purchase by your local government.

8. Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Bot Disclaimer

11. Australian Law & Consumer Guarantees

Love Blueprint is located in Queensland, Australia, and operates under the Australian Consumer Law.
